We’ve been busy making Go Casual easier to use for business owners and their employees. Here’s what’s new.
Meet your AI Payroll Assistant
You’ll find a new glowing button beside Feedback. The AI Payroll Assistant can help you check payroll, submit hours, request leave, and review pending timesheets.
Try asking:
- “What can you help me with?”
- “Show me the timesheets waiting for approval.”
- “I worked five hours each day this week—can you help me submit them?”
- “Can I request annual leave for Wednesday next week?”
If details are missing, it will ask you to clarify. Before making changes, it shows a review for you to confirm.
Everyone can explore its capabilities. Personalised assistance and actions are available on Pro, Enterprise, and Lifetime, with employee access following their employer’s plan. Free and Basic users can still explore what the assistant can do.
A clearer view of your payroll
Refreshed dashboards show recorded hours over the last six weeks, useful payroll summaries, and items needing attention. Employees see their own hours, pay information, and leave balances.
Easier leave and timesheet reviews
Employees can request leave and check request statuses. Employers can choose pending requests by employee and date, then approve or decline them. Decline reasons are visible to the employee.
A cleaner, more comfortable workspace
We’ve improved navigation, made form fields easier to spot, condensed the header, and introduced light mode by default. Dark mode is still available.
